To ensure ACF meets the objective of new Executive Order 13422, and informs the public of changes in its various programs, ACF maintains lists of its guidance materials online. The public may offer comments on guidance documents for ACF’s consideration, including comments on whether a document should be considered as “significant” or “economically significant” under definitions provided by the Office of Management and Budget.
